Travelling with impaired Mobility

Even if your mobility is limited, we — within the scope of EU Regulation 1177/2010 — will do everything we can to facilitate the crossing on TT-Line ships for you and to make it as pleasant as possible.

The information on these pages are intended to give you an initial overview of the transport and assistance possibilities at our disposal. As the type and extent of your impairment is highly individual in nature, we ask you to inform us personally.

The 48-hour rule
Please understand that we can only take account of your personal needs adequately if you inform us about them no later than 48 hours before your departure.

How to board
Without car
First of all, please make your way to our signposted meeting point at the check-in in the terminal building. From there you will be guided onto the ship. A wheelchair-enabled bus provides the transport to and from the ship.

With car
Please inform our staff at the vehicle check-in if you require assistance and/or use a wheelchair.
Your vehicle will then be marked accordingly. Our crew on board will also be informed, hereupon they will place you and your vehicle on board in accordance with your needs.
